Mathew & Savi Kuruvilla
Senior Pastor

Mathew & Savi commenced their ministry at Parkside in 1989. Since graduating from Morling College Mathew has pastored Yagoona Baptist and Maroubra Baptist. Prior to this, Mathew was also involved in a number of cross-cultural ministries around the world including a year on the gospel ship Logos, teaching in a Christian School in North India and serving as a missionary with New Tribes Mission. Savi, who is also trained in Bible College and Preschool teaching, has a passion for womens ministry and pastoral care.

Mathew and Savi’s vision is to see a congregation of people from all cultures and ethnic backgrounds worshipping together as one family.This vision is becoming a reality at Parkside Church today.

Mathew & Savi have two children, their daughter Sherina and son Jason, who are both actively involved in ministry at Parkside.

Matt & Raelene Le Claire
Associate Pastor – Youth & Young Adults

Matthew & Raelene Le Claire are passionate about serving the people at Parkside and those in the community around them. Prior to working at Parkside Matthew served as a missionary on board the MV Doulos ship, as a Youth Worker in Beecroft, and as a Café Manager. On the ship, one of Matthew’s roles was working in the Creative Arts department training people in creative forms of evangelism that could be used cross-culturally. After graduating from Sydney Missionary and Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology, Matthew completed further studies at Morling College.

As Associate Pastor at Parkside, Matthew ministers to the Evening Congregation, Young Adults, and Youth. Whilst, Raelene, Matt’s wonderful wife, is a Physiotherapist, who loves serving in Youth Discipleship and Drama at the church. Having traveled around the world Matthew and Raelene have a real heart for people of all nations.

Matthew and Raelene really enjoy going for long bike rides, snuggling up to a good movie and traveling even more. Most of all though they love Jesus and are passionate about people knowing our wonderful saviour and growing in relationship and freedom with him.

Jiji & Sisy Skariah
Associate Pastor – Home Groups, Pastoral Care & Outreach

Jiji & Sisy have been members of Parkside Church Since 1995. In 2009 Jiji joined Parkside Church as an Associate Pastor taking care of Home Groups, Pastoral Care & Outreach. Jiji is also doing his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) studies at Morling College.

The Skariah family migrated to Australia in 1990. Jiji is an engineer by profession and worked as Systems Manager, Database Administrator & SAP Technical Specialist in Citibank Australia, CSR and PepsiCo Australia until 2008, when he resigned his job to move to full time ministry. Jiji & Sisy are committed to serve God and support people from all walks of life in their spiritual, emotional and physical needs. They have a clear calling for pastoral care and diligent in reaching out to people of all nations through their life focusing on the unconditional love of Jesus.

Jiji & Sisy have two children, Arun doing his engineering studies & Kiran doing his theological studies, both are actively involved in ministries of Parkside Church.
